CURRY BROTHERS PUBLISHING SHIPPING INFORMATION

1. Introduction

This Shipping Information & Terms Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the shipping policies and procedures of Curry Brothers Publishing (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for all book orders placed through our platform. By placing an order with us, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge and agree to the terms stated herein. These terms ensure clarity and efficiency in the fulfillment of all orders.

  1. 2. Bulk Order Shipping Terms (Orders of 10 or More Books)

2.1 Processing and Fulfillment Time

To ensure adequate time for fulfillment, all bulk orders must be placed at least 30 days in advance. This time frame allows us to properly source, prepare, and package books to maintain our high-quality standards. Orders placed with less than 30 days’ notice will not be accepted.

2.2 Shipping Fees and Payment

Shipping costs for bulk orders are not included at the time of purchase and will be calculated separately based on the final package weight, dimensions, and shipping destination. Customers will be notified of shipping costs before the order is shipped, and payment must be made before the shipment is released.

2.3 Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times for bulk orders vary based on the shipping method, destination, and carrier processing times. Estimated delivery times will be provided once shipping arrangements are finalized. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2.4 Order Processing Priority

Bulk orders are processed in the order they are received. Priority or expedited processing is not available.

3. Standard Shipping Terms (Orders of 1–9 Books)

For customers ordering between 1 and 9 books, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the total package weight and shipping distance from our distribution center. The final shipping cost is determined by the carrier’s rates at the time of shipment.

3.2 Shipping Methods

Customers may select from available shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited shipping where applicable. The estimated delivery time will depend on the selected shipping method.

3.3 Delivery Timeframes

Standard shipping typically takes 7 days, while expedited shipping (if available) may take 3 days. These timeframes are estimates and do not include potential delays caused by the shipping carrier.

4. General Shipping Terms Applicable to All Orders

4.1 Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, all responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damages occurring during transit. If a package is lost or damaged, customers must contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.

4.2 Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at the time of checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to re-ship the package.

4.3 International Shipping

International shipping is available only where permitted by our carriers. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. We do not have control over these additional charges.

4.4 Shipping Modifications & Cancellations

Once an order has been processed and prepared for shipment, modifications or cancellations are not permitted. Customers must ensure all order details are correct before submitting their purchase.
